Owners can easily book their stays through Arrilo app and get access to all relevant information about their homes, including open dates and remaining stay, balances.
Given weeks
One share equals 44 days, while 2 shares gives you 88 weeks, and 3 shares gives you 132 days at the property.
High and low season
During high season (which differs by location) you can book one two-week stay per one share owned. You can use the two weeks at once or arrive two separate times. During the low season, you can schedule up to three-week stays per one share owned.
Holidays
Days with highly wanted dates are marked as special days and the owner can schedule one special day per share.
Overbooking
If you’re feeling spontaneous and there’s a spot available in the upcoming 60 days, you can book it exceeding your given day limit.
